Our church staff has been communicating with our church leadership, including medical professionals in that group, about our best course of action for this Sunday and the week that follows. Out of an abundance caution, we are going to return for this Sunday, January 3, to the Phase 1 reopening plan that was established earlier this year. That plan calls for in-person Sunday morning worship only, with the established protocols, and no in-person classes or meetings. We will also not meet in person on Wednesday night, January 6. We are prayerful that these precautions will help slow the spread of the virus and enable us to return to our more normal schedule in the near future.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation in our church family. If there is a need for further modifications to or cancellations in our schedule we will communicate in writing and online as quickly as decisions are made. Please share this information with members of your Sunday School class and those who may not be on social media. Thank you for your prayers and support. We will persevere through this together as we focus on the Lord and encourage each other.
In the event that we are having ONLINE ONLY services, you can find these services in a few different places.

We will monitor the situation in our church with input from our medical professionals and church leadership. If there is a need for further modifications to or cancellations in our schedule we will communicate in writing and online as quickly as decisions are made. Please share this information with members of your Bible Study class and those who may not be on social media. I ask you to pray for our church leadership as we seek to navigate these decisions. We hate to have to move away from the in-person gathering but must consider the wellbeing of our church family.

We are glad you joined us at FBC Muskogee
First Baptist Church Muskogee's mission statement is Loving God and Loving Others. We accomplish this by providing a worship service every Sunday at 10:55 am and through Bible Study at 9:30 am. Bible Study is for all ages including preschool, children, youth, and all ages of adults.
Visitor parking is on the East side of the church off 7th street and on the south side of the church near the children and preschool building entrance. The student building is across the street on the southwest corner of 8th St. and Boston. Handicap parking is on the north side of Okmulgee Avenue and across from the Main Sanctuary entrance off 7th Street.
We look forward to having you join us!
