Tommy's motivating verse for ministry is I Thessalonians 2:8 - "Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well."  Tommy believes that as a minister and pastor of people, he is called first and foremost to share the Gospel and secondly to share in peoples lives.  Discipleship and Mentoring is his passion as well as "leading leaders."  This is done by "equipping his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up."  (Ephesians 4:12)
